Get picked up at your accommodation in Ribeira Brava or Tarrafal and start your discovery. Pull out of Ribeira throughout one of the most spectacular road of Cape Verde Brava and admire a series of deep creeks cut into the mountainside of the northern coast before the lush Fajã Valley.

In Porto da Preguiça contemplate the Forte do Príncipe Real built there and which, in addition to having served as protection against the enemies of the Portuguese empire, pays homage to Pedro Álvares Cabral who passed through here on his journey that would result in the discovery of Brazil.

A must-see on the island is Juncalinho. On the northeast coast of the island, after Juncalinho and Figueira do Coxo, there is a splendid natural pool of greenish waters, contrasting with the dryness of this eastern part of the island, in the form of a “prehistoric ax handle”. Take a break and enjoy a dip here.

Enjoy a drive to the fishing village of Carriçal and there meet locals.

The tour concludes with drop-off at your accommodation in Ribeira Brava or Tarrafal.
