At Uwinka Visitor Centre, the start point for the canopy activity, you will go through registration formalities for the canopy walk and a park guide will assigned. The park guide will provide a guided descent to the canopy itself along with other visitors who have registered for the same schedule, passing through nature walk trails in the forest. Remember mud-resistant hiking shoes, rain coat and pants, wooden hiking sticks are provided. The descent takes an estimated 45 minutes subject to the physical fitness of participants. Reaching the canopy, the guide will brief the guests on how to walk on the canopy, 200 metres long and hanging 60 metres from the forest floor with the top view of the forest nature.
At the canopy, you take your time to appreciate the nature, take pictures and videos. The duration is subject to guest satisfaction, with the guidance of the guide. Once done, guests will hike back to the start point at Uwinka Visitor Centre where the activity ends.
