In this town at the end of the mountain the bonanza of old times still resonates, when several estates were built that made the Count of Regla the richest man of his time. Now they are part of a stage with forests and ravines, where stone prisms and waterfalls and dams will steal your breath.

One of the first things we are going to visit are the Basaltic Prisms, formed thousands of years ago, a set of rocks that shine with sunlight. Its geometric structure approximately forty meters high is imposing. In this geological phenomenon, the waters of the San Antonio Dam form four waterfalls that play happily on the prisms.

Many stories come together in this Magic Town of mining legacy: its mansions and english air constructions are combined with the smell of wet grass and its fresh scent of flowers; while the cold and fog arrive in the afternoon, covering the chimneys of the old mines and the tall pines of the pantheon, you can enjoy the delicious aroma of pastes and pulque bread cooked in their ovens and shelter with the warmth of its people, You can also try your skills as a chef, make your own paste in the Paste Museum.
