This 2 day full east and west + 1 half day Curral das Freiras tours package gives you an overview of the island at an affordable price. This package starts at different days and different times. In advance you will be contacted to schedule the package with you. Pickups will be made at hotels located in Funchal and Caniço at no extra cost. It is possible that minor delays may occur due to traffic. During the excursions the driver gives historical and cultural information of the places to visit, making some short stops on the way for the visitor to be able to contemplate the beautiful sights and monuments taking some pictures.
Meals are not included in the price, but we make a 90-minute midday stop for lunch.

On this day, which can be Tuesday or Thursday, the tour starts between 08:30 and 09:15 we go to several places, the city of C. Lobos, the Cabo Girão viewpoint, R. Brava, the Paul da plateau Serra, the natural pools of Porto Moniz, Seixal, S. Vicente, on the Encumeada summit and return to Funchal.
We stopped for 90 minutes at the Porto Moniz natural pools. Our driver/guide provides information along the route, making small stops for photo breaks and explaining what they are seeing, both geographically, historically and even gastronomically. Total tour time 7 hours
On another day it may be Sunday or Wednesday we do the East which starts between the 8:30 and the 9:15 we go to various locations, making some stops like at the sandy peak third highest peak of Madeira, R. Frio the visit to the truffle ranch, Santana the famous typical houses, and a break of 90 minutes before we follow to Porto da Cruz with the possibility of a tour of Agardente, Machico where the Portuguese landed for the first time in Madeira. Our driver / guide gives information along the way making small stops for photo break and explaining what they are seeing both geographically as well as historically and even gastronomically. The total tour time is 7 hours.
In this package we have another half day included, it only starts on Monday and Friday in the afternoon between 1:30 pm and 2:15 pm depending on the pickup location, and we go to several locations, Pico Barcelos view from 360 to Funchal bay, Eira do Serrado 1094m above sea level with superb views of Curral das Freiras, a tasting of liqueurs or chestnut cake typical of this village. On the way back we stopped for a Madeira wine tasting. Total tour time is +/- 4 hours.
