You’ll start by walking through a local market to buy fresh ingredients, interact with friendly vendors, and discover authentic Egyptian spices and vegetables.
Then we’ll go to my home kitchen, where you’ll learn how to make traditional Egyptian falafel (taamiya) from scratch — just like locals do!
It’s not just a cooking class, it’s a full cultural experience filled with warmth, stories, and delicious food.
