The Botanical Garden & Ethnographic Park Pirámides de Güímar, nominated for the 2017 European Museum of the Year Award, is a large open-air museum that gathers several open-air routes and specialized gardens around six pyramidal structures oriented towards the sun on key astronomical dates.

The facilities of the Ethnographic Park, which covers more than 64,000m2, include the Casa Chacona Museum, the Auditorium and four outdoor routes (the Botanical Route, the Exportations Route, the Cultural Route and the Volcanic Route).

The Ethnographic Park and Botanical Garden Pirámides de Güímar is an outdoor museum that includes six stepped pyramids, oriented towards the sun on key astronomical dates, several open-air routes and specialized gardens, distributed over its more than 64,000m2. The facilities include the "Casa Chacona" Museum, an Auditorium, and four self-guided outdoor routes. The Botanical Route, the Cultural Route, the Export Products Route and the Volcanic Route.
You can also visit the Poison Garden, unique in Spain, the Sustainable Garden, the Tropicarium and the exhibition Colonizing Polynesia. Rapa Nui: extreme survival. Various ethnographic exhibitions, large garden areas and a leisure area with playground, cafeteria, craftwork shop, pic nic areas, lockers, and guided visits on request complement the services. The park is completely adapted for people with reduced mobility. There is an audioguide service available at the reception desk.
