Stop 1

We'll hop on our vintage Vespa and head out of Hanoi, crossing the historic Long Bien Bridge, to explore the charming rural villages and witness the simple yet beautiful countryside life. During the tour, we'll have the opportunity to visit a local family and indulge in some delicious candy and tea while chatting with them about their daily routines, with our guide assisting as a translator.

As we venture further on our motorcycle journey, we will take a moment to stop at a local farm, immersing ourselves in the traditional agricultural practices of the countryside. We'll then continue our ride, cruising through the picturesque green rice paddies and meandering along off-the-beaten-path dirt roads until we reach the Co Loa citadel temple. This historical site holds a special place in Vietnamese history, as it is associated with the legend of Thuc Phan An Duong Vuong, who played a pivotal role in setting up and protecting the country against foreign invaders. Our visit to this ancient temple will not only deepen our understanding of Vietnam's rich cultural heritage, but also allow us to take in the breathtaking scenery that surrounds us.
