What you'll see

Thailand is blessed with natural gems and incredible destinations. We are fortunate to welcome more and more tourists every day. However, things can get hectic even before you step off the aircraft — from walking through the long halls of Suvarnabhumi International Airport to facing Bangkok’s heavy traffic.

The lines at customs and immigration counters are often long, and during peak hours, the wait can be one to two hours — not exactly the ideal start to your vacation or business trip. For those applying for a Visa on Arrival, the wait can be even longer, sometimes up to 2–3 hours.

To make your arrival smoother, Sun Leisure World is launching a Fast Track Visa Service, where our staff will pick you up directly from the aircraft and escort you through a special lane usually reserved for VIP and Business Class passengers.

Our Sun Fast Track Service includes:

• A uniformed assistant holding a signboard with your name at the arrival gate
• Priority access to the fast-track immigration counter, with full guidance and support from our ground assistant
• Escort to the correct baggage claim carousel and onward to your airport representative
• Assistance with lost baggage, if needed

Please Note:
Our Sun Fast Track Service does not include Visa on Arrival processing. Due to Thai immigration laws and Suvarnabhumi Airport regulations, passengers requiring a Visa on Arrival must proceed through the normal immigration lane. In such cases, our service will be limited to escorting you through the process with reduced queue time and faster check-out wherever possible.

What's not included

Our SUN fast track service will not cover Visa on Arrival service
