Kenya has a lot to offer as a tourist destination. In this safari, you will get to visit the Giraffe Center and Daphne Sheldrick Center. You will also enjoy game drives to experience the Maasai Mara's beauty and abundance of wildlife. The Maasai Mara is well known for the Great Wildebeest Migration which occurs mainly between July to August. You will not be disappointed by the scenic views and will even get to experience a boat ride on the Lake Naivasha.
Day 1 Arrival Nairobi:
You will be met by a staff member and escorted to your hotel for overnight stay at the Sarova Stanley Hotel.
Day 2 Excursions in Nairobi- Lake Naivasha:
Today you will enjoy a half day excursions in Nairobi. You will start with the giraffe center before visiting the Daphne Sheldrick center to get the chance to witness the feeding between 11am -12 noon. Thereafter enjoy lunch at the Karen Coffee Garden restaurant. After lunch, you will embark on your journey down the Great Rift Valley escarpment. You will arrive in time for a sunset boat ride across the beautiful lake on the floor of the rift valley. Dinner and Overnight at Naivasha Simba Lodge.
Day 3 Drive Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara:
Enjoy your morning with activities at the lodge. We leave Naivasha after an early lunch and arrive in Maasai Mara in time for the afternoon game drive. Enjoy your game drives in the expansive game reserve which will culminate with a beautiful sunset. Return to camp for overnight stay.
Day 4 Safari in Maasai Mara:
Enjoy a day of activity at the beautiful Mara reserve. We explore the park which is famous for its elephant, zebra, rhino, leopard, cheetah, hippos and all kinds of game throughout the year with the spectacular wildebeest migration from Serengeti occurring mainly in July and August. An optional balloon trip and Maasai village visit can be done today. Return to camp for overnight stay.
Day 5: Mara- Nairobi
After breakfast depart for the city in the sun. We shall have Dinner at the Carnivore or a similar restaurant and later on will be escorted to the airport for your outbound flight.
