The Royal Palace may occasionally close for private events that are beyond our control, with a few days notice. In that case, we will propose an alternative date for the tour and, if it is not possible, we will proceed to the full refund of your reservation.
Meeting point
The guide will be outside the “Opera” metro station, in the Plaza de Isabel II (popularly known as “Opera Square”) with a red flag. Don't go straight to the Royal Palace. Your guide will introduce you as you stroll through the Plaza de Oriente before arriving at the Royal Palace.

They don't need a ticket, just presenting the voucher to our guide is enough.
