In the company of your knowledgeable state-licensed “Insider” guide, your tour will start with a guided tour of the Ancient Agora of Athens, where the social interactions between the locals gave birth to the various philosophical schools.
Stoicism, Cynicism, and Epicureanism were all born here, the very location
frequented by the likes of Plato, Aristotle and Socrates, as well as many other intellectual giants.

After you have visited the ancient center of philosophical thought, familiarizing yourselves with the teachings and concepts that still govern our lives, morals, and way of thinking, you will move on to visit the Hill of Pnyx. Here you will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the origins of political philosophy, as expressed through the fermentations which gave rise to concepts such as Democracy and freedom of speech.
