Our driver will pick you up at 7:00 AM from your hotel in Delhi, NCR, or any preferred location in Gurugram. We can also pick you up from the airport and drop at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, from where your train departs at 8:10 AM for Agra. The driver will help you find your correct coach and seat. The train journey to Agra takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the train is called Gatimaan Express, known for being the fastest. The train number for departure from Delhi is 12050, leaving at 8:10 AM and arriving in Agra at 9:50 AM. For the return journey, the train number is 12049, departing from Agra at 5:45 PM and reaching Delhi at 7:30 PM.
At 10:00 AM, our driver and local tour expert will be at Agra Cantonment railway station, holding a sign with your name. They will meet you, pick you up, and take you to the Taj Mahal. This stunning white marble tomb is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, constructed in the 17th century by the Mughal emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. After exploring the Taj Mahal, we will escort you to our recommended restaurant for an Indian buffet lunch.
After lunch, you will spend around 60 minutes visiting Agra Fort, another UNESCO heritage site in Agra. Built in the 16th century, the fort includes various palaces such as Jahangiri Mahal, Diwan e Aam, Pearl Mosque, and more. You'll also enjoy a view of the Taj Mahal from the Agra Fort.
Following the visit to Agra Fort, you'll be taken to the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj. This is the first white marble tomb in Agra, constructed in a geometrical pattern by Empress Noor Jahan. After spending around 30-40 minutes there, you'll be transferred to Agra Cantonment railway station.
Concluding your Same Day Agra Tour the guide will drop you at Agra Cantt Railway Station. From here you will board your train The Gatimaan Express which will take you back to Delhi in just 1:40 hours.
Once you arrive at the Nizamuddin Railway Station your personal driver will receive you and take you back to your hotel in your personal AC taxi.
