The fort hosted important popes, such as Sixtus IV, the builder of the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican. The rooms are frescoed and feature period furnishings, armors and still belongs to the family. We tour the lake and continue to Ceveteri and its imprerssive UNESCO archeological park. Who were the Etruscans ?
