About this experience

The best combo: Pompeii+Naples!
Without lines at the ticket office, we will start from the main entrance of the ancient Pompeii: Porta Marina. Watching the Volcano Vesuvius on the backgroud, we will talk about the last hours of Pompeii and about the eruption. We'll see the ancient shops, walking along the ancient streets, the Forum and the Domus.
At the end of the tour, we will show you how to reach Naples, with many tips about the best pizzerias or resturant, where having lunchtime. To continue together our walking tour of Naples!
We’ll meet at 4pm: We’ll start from Piazza Bellini, where you still can see a portion of the greek walls of the foundation of Naples; we’ll walk along the ancient Decumano and the old “Spaccanapoli”, with many Churches from Middle Ages to Baroque...Ending with the real neapolitan coffee taste!
Guided tours will last:
- Pompeii – 2hours ( starting 10am)
-Naples: 2.5hour (4pm:summertime; 3.30pm: springtime; 3pm: wintertime).

Do you want to explore Pompeii Ruins? Do you want to see the new excvation areas with the most recent descoveries? The best way to do it is with a Local Archaeologist! Without lines at the ticket office, we will start from the main entrance of the ancient Pompeii: Porta Marina. Watching the Volcano Vesuvius on the backgroud, we will talk about the last hours of Pompeii, about the eruption and about the History of the excavations. We will go inside the ancient shops, we will walk along the ancient streets, the Forum and the Domus (houses).
At the end of the tour, we will be glad to show you how to reach Naples, with many tips about the best pizzerias or resturant, where having a bit of rest… To continue together our walking tour of Naples!
