Upon arrival at terminal 1A kindly look out for your name held by our customer care personnel across the road, that’s where Kenya airports authority has designated as the waiting bay, it might be tricky especially at night as there place is not properly lit. The same applies to Terminal 1E the waiting bay is not properly lit thus making visibility hard. In case, you don't find your name please do call us. There is always someone at the Airport.
