Airport Pick-up Process:
Phuket has two terminals, the new terminal and the old terminal. International flights arriving directly in Phuket land at the new terminal, while domestic flights, that is, flights from other cities in Thailand to Phuket, land at the old terminal.
1. [Domestic Flight Pick-up]: After collecting your luggage, head towards Exit 1. Go to the pick-up sign of Qijia Travel and find the sign with your name on it (Look for the sign with your own name or the Qijia Travel sign opposite the PP Mart on the left side).
2. [International Flight Pick-up]: After collecting your luggage, head towards Exit 3. Go to the pick-up sign of Qijia Travel and find the sign with your name on it (Look for the Qijia Travel sign and the nameplate with your name on the right side of the railing).
2. [International Flight Pick-up]: After collecting your luggage, head towards Exit 2. Go to the pick-up sign of Qijia Travel and find the sign with your name on it (Look for the Qijia Travel sign and the nameplate with your name on the left side of the railing).

3. Free Waiting Time: The free waiting time for international flights is 120 minutes, and for domestic flights is 90 minutes. If the time is exceeded, you need to contact the customer service to confirm whether waiting is possible and whether you need to pay an overtime waiting fee.

Notes:
1. Please make sure to arrive at the pick-up point within the agreed time limit after the flight arrives. Since the airport is crowded with people and vehicles, the drivers need to queue up to enter. If you don't see the driver, you can contact the customer service immediately for handling.
2. In case of flight delay, you need to contact the customer service at least 3 hours before the original flight arrival time to rearrange the pick-up. If you need to change the flight, you need to notify the customer service at least 3 days in advance, otherwise, the full cost will be lost.
3. When placing an order, you must inform the customer service whether it is a visa on arrival. The actual flight landing time shall prevail as the time to start picking you up.
4. There is a 1-hour time difference between Phuket time and Beijing time (for example, when it is 18:00 Beijing time, it is 17:00 Phuket time). Please use the 24-hour time system. All arrival dates and flight landing times are subject to the local time in Thailand.

Airport Drop-off Process:
1. The driver will arrive at the hotel to pick you up according to the order time. The driver generally only waits for about 10 minutes (Please complete the check-out procedures in advance and wait in the hotel lobby on time as agreed).
2. The drop-off time on the day cannot be changed. If you want to cancel the order, you need to contact the customer service to cancel it at least 1 day in advance. If you need to change the pick-up location, please contact us at least 5 hours in advance.
3. You need to provide the correct hotel address and phone number. If being late or missing the flight is caused by incorrect information, the guest will be responsible for it.
