We will pick up at hotels/stays in Old Quarter Area or Hanoi Opera House or Authentic Hanoi Travel Office if outside between 8h00 AM to 8h30 AM then going by expressway to Halong Bay. It takes about 2,5 hours to 3 hours drive include short break on the way.
